Sample Cylinders 

       Bright(BRT) stainless steel and aluminum sample cylinders provide safe containment for storage and transportation of both liquids and gases. These cylinders are 3000 psig (206 bar). Applications include hydrocarbon sampling in refineries, gas sampling in chromatography, and condensate sampling in fossil fuel and nuclear power plants. 

       ANSI/ASME B1.20.1 internal pipe threads are machined into both ends of each cylinder to engage external pipe connections of Bright(BRT) valves, rupture disc units, or fittings.

Stainless Steel Cylinders 

       Stainless steel sample cylinders are hot spun from seamless Type 316 tubing for integrity and corrosion resistance. The process provides a smooth internal flow transition through the neck to minimize pockets which can trap previous samples. Without the need for welding, the interior surface is free of any imperfections. As a result, less contamination will adhere to the interior surface when the cylinder is cleaned. Its thread is 1/4 NPT-F.

Aluminum Cylinders 

       Aluminum cylinders are fabricated from 6061 aluminum using an impact extrusion process and are subsequently heat treated to T6 temper. They have smooth interior surfaces with no welds, seams, or folds. They are approximately one-half the weight of an equivalent size stainless steel sample cylinder. 15Mpa Working Presure and Its thread is W21.8

       This product is a seamless LPG sample cylinder formed by spinning, conform to standard of SH/T 0233 and ASTM D1265<Standard Practice for Sampling Liquefied Petroleum (LP) Gases, Manual Method>, ISO 4257<Liquefied petroleum gases - Method of sampling>.
Test content contain pressure test, air tightness test, water pressure test and so on.Obtain Chinese patent certificate(NO.:ZL 2011 20094190.X).

 
       The products is used for sampling, carrying and storing toxic and harmful substance such as liquefied petroleum gases(LPG), liquefied natural gas(LNG),hydrothion(H₂S), sulfur-containing water,hydrocarbon compound or gas suchas nitrogen(N₂),oxygen(O₂),carbon dioxide(CO₂).
