All-levels sample:
       A sample obtained by lowering the closed sampling device to the bottom of the outlet suction level, but always above free water, then opening the sampler and raising it at a uniform rate such that it is between 70 and 85 % full when withdrawn from the product. Alternatively, all-levels samples may be taken with samplers designed for filling as they pass downward through the product.

       All-Levels A Oil Sampler also named Universal Sampler, Lab Liquid oil Sampler, can be used to obtain spot samples from any levels or depth in tanker.  They can also be used to obtain samples from the bottom of a tank or reservoir, to look for water underneath oil or fuel.

Sampling Procedure:
1. The Universal sampler has a valve at the bottom, opened by a snatch sampling rope or opened by the protruding leg contacting the bottom of the tanker.
2.
